SAN LEANDRO, CALIF. — Broadreach Capital Partners has purchased Williams Industrial Park in San Leandro for $53.5 million. The 438,301-square-foot industrial park is located at 2010 and 2020 Williams St. The seller was not disclosed.
The property is fully leased to five tenants. The headquarters for the 21st Amendment Brewery, the Bay Area’s third largest brewery, anchors the park.
JLL also arranged $29 million in acquisition financing on behalf of the buyers. JPMorgan provided the loan.
