ORANGE, CALIF. — NKF Capital Markets has arranged the $31.8 million sale of Rusty Leaf Plaza, a 60,294-square-foot shopping center in the Orange County community of Orange.
CJ Osbrink of NKF Capital Markets arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, CCF PCG Orange LLC. Inland Real Estate Acquisitions LLC acquired the asset. Formerly anchored by Ralphs supermarket, Rusty Leaf Plaza was repositioned in 2017 with Target as the new anchor. The center was 98 percent leased at the time of sale to service, medical and fast-casual foodservice tenants.
